AI-ASSISTED ENGINEERING & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
First we test the idea.
Then we build it.
Got an app idea? Before you spend a cent on code, we map out a product plan built to make money. Then, with AI on our side, we build a solid MVP that's ready to scale and to grow on what real users actually do.
60 minutes, no strings. You leave knowing how to make your idea happen.

THE LEVEL WE BUILD TO
Your MVP won't
look like an MVP.
We sweat the design from day one. Even version one has to look and feel like something people want to use and pay for, so we build interfaces at the level of award-winning apps, not off-the-shelf templates.

STEP BY STEP
From an idea that fits on one page to a real business, in five stages.
No black box. Every stage hands you something real, and you decide whether we carry on.
- 01
Discovery
3–5 daysWe sit down and listen: what the idea really is, and what it's meant to do for the business. Then we dig into the market and the competition to see where there's genuine room for it. You walk away with a write-up, a ballpark price, and our honest take on whether it's worth pursuing.
Report + ballpark price
- 02
Workshops
2–4 weeksWe work side by side to pin down the scope, the architecture, and a working prototype, and to sort out what actually matters most first. You come out with full functional docs, a clickable prototype, and an exact, fixed price.

- 03
MVP build
6–10 weeksWe build in short iterations, with AI-assisted engineering and product feedback running in one loop, so you see progress every week instead of months later. Each stage closes on a milestone you only pay for once it's delivered, so your budget never gets ahead of you. You end with a tested, working MVP that's ready to ship.
Tested, stable MVP
- 04
Launch
~1–2 weeksWe set up hosting and the production environment and take the app through App Store and Google Play. We walk you through each store's requirements so launch day goes off without a snag. Your product lands in front of real users, ready to run.

Growth & scaling
ongoingAfter launch we read the real data and push the product where it shows promise. The code, the repo, and full ownership are yours, so you scale on with us or with your own team. We keep adding features and keeping performance tight as the user count climbs.
Code + ownership + roadmap
PRODUCT WORKSHOP
Not a code shop. A product workshop.
Before a single line of code exists, we run your idea through the whole product process, from sizing the market to how it'll make money. The thinking and the building live in one team.

BUILD → MEASURE → DECIDE
Build it cheap. Test it on real users. Then scale on the data.
We put your MVP in front of real users and wire in product analytics. You can see what they tap, where they lose the thread, and what makes them bounce. That's what you steer by, instead of guessing.

Build it cheap and fast
A working MVP in weeks, for a fraction of a full build. It goes straight to real users, not into a drawer.
Measure what people actually do
We wire in product analytics: what they tap, where they drop off, what keeps them coming back. The numbers tell you where to take the product, so you're not guessing.
Decide on the facts
Catching on? We scale and build out wherever the data sees room to grow.
Not landing? You walk away cheap and try another idea, before this one swallows a year and a budget.
A CALL ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT · 60 MINUTES
Let's talk through how to get the most out of your idea.
We dig into your idea like a partner, not a subcontractor. We look for the shortest path to a product that earns its keep, and we point out where the real business value sits. If we spot a better route, or a serious risk, you'll hear it straight.
What you walk away with
- A business-side read on the idea: where the real value is, and how to get the most out of it.
- A rough MVP shape, cut to start delivering value to users as early as possible.
- Ballpark time and budget ranges, so you can plan with your cards on the table.
- The exact spots where AI cuts the time and cost of building it.
60 minutes, free, no strings. You leave with a concrete plan for the product, whether or not we end up working together.

THE QUESTIONS YOU'D ASK ANYWAY
Before you book a call, the things people usually wonder about.
We work to a fixed price, set before the build starts, so you know the number before you say yes. It depends on how complex the project is, and you'll get it on a free call once we've sketched the scope. You pay in stages, against milestones we've actually delivered, never months up front. It usually lands many times cheaper than a traditional software house, because AI takes the repetitive work and you're not footing the bill for a payroll.
Validating the idea is usually 3–5 working days. A full MVP, from idea to a working product, most often runs 6–10 weeks depending on scope. A traditional dev team would quote something similar at 6–9 months. We move faster because AI handles the scaffolding, the tests, and the research, which frees the people to focus on product decisions and architecture.
AI doesn't build your app on its own, it speeds up the people who do. It drafts the first cut of the code, the tests, and the analysis, but the architecture, the product calls, and the quality bar are all on an experienced human. That's the gap between using AI as a lever and "vibe-coding" that quietly falls apart around your hundredth user. What you get is clean, typed code with tests, the kind you can keep building on, not a prototype you throw away.
Then it's the cheapest money you'll spend on the whole thing. Validation ends with a straight recommendation: build it, change direction, or let it go. If the market isn't there, you find out in a few days, not nine months and a six-figure invoice later. Often we come back with a twist on the idea that does have a real shot. An honest "don't build this" is part of the job here, not a failure.
Yours. The code, the repo, and full ownership of the product transfer to you when the project wraps, with no lock-in and no being chained to us forever. You can take it forward with your own team, with us, or with anyone else. We're not building dependence, we're building your product.
A software house will hand you months and a six-figure number before anyone checks whether the market even wants it, and usually skips validation entirely. No-code builders and "AI builds your app" tools hand you something that looks the part but won't scale and won't survive real users. We sit in between: speed and cost close to the AI route, but with real engineering, real business analysis, real product management, and code you can keep building on.
One specific person, who runs your project from the first read on the idea all the way to launch, with no account-manager layer and no handing you between departments. You'll know exactly who picks up the phone and who owns the result. It's part of why we're quick: decisions happen in a single product–engineering–business loop, not down a corporate email chain.
60 minutes, zero obligation, and something concrete to leave with: an honest first read on your idea, plus a rough scope, timeline, and price range. You'll walk away knowing more about your own idea, even if you never become a client. We don't do the hard sell. If it doesn't add up, we'll tell you.
Didn't see your question? Bring it to the call.
